Professional Accomplishments: 2008: - Chose to retire and focus on his family and Global Futbol Training
- Trained with U.S. Beach World Cup Team in Santa Cruz, CA included on the pro player pool Aug - Nov.
- March: Launched “Global Futbol Training LLC” for private training and camps of children, adults, and young professionals
2007: - Spent 2nd season with the Puerto Rico Islanders ( USL 1st Div finalist and league Champions) The Islanders defeated Mexican 1st Div Clubs Santos Laguna 3-1, Cruz Azul 2-0 & Costa Rican powerhouse LD Alajuelense in the CONCACAF Champions League
- In June '07 Piette was named player of the game against league finalist Atlanta @ Bayamon Stadium in front of 12,000 fans.
- Playing center back & center mid, starting 15 games in the season
- Helping Islanders make Club History by advancing to the simi- finals, losing to Seattle Sounders in a overtime shootout
2006: - After exploring options in the Danish Superleague with Viborg FF, club ff in the Faroe Islands, LA Galaxy & a contract offer by Miami FC and a chance to team up with World Cup legend Romario, Piette signed mid-season with the P.R. Islanders, who qualified to the quarter-finals for the 1st time in club history
- Piette was awarded Team of the Week the last 2 weeks of the season (wks 21 & 22). Week 22 defeating Romario and the Brazilian star studed side, Miami FC who also fielded World Cup Champ Zinho
- Once Piette was named to the starting 11, he never came off the pitch starting the last 8 games of the '06 season and was extended to a 2 yr contract
2005: - Two month stint Jan-Feb with New England Revolution starting in friendly match in Burmuda vs the Burmuda National Squad
- Termed "Exceptional Defender" in Toronto Media Release by the coach who signed Piette after a knee surgery 7 months prior
- Signed as highest paid player, with Toronto, leading the club in over 1,200 minutes played and scoring a goal vs Rochester Rhinos, before being transferred to the Charleston Battery (current 2008 Lamar Hunt U.S. Cup Finalist) midway through the season for a 2 year contract
- Piette played every game remaining in the 2nd half of the season with the Battery, helping improve the goals against from an average of just over 1.6 GA prior to the transfer to an average of 0.91 GA after Piette’s addition to the team
2004: - "Turned down contract offer by the New England Revolution." Piette was recovering from knee surgery and was encouraged by agent Eric Manasse & Logo Sport to stay with current club for stability
- Picked 2nd round #21 overall by San Diego of the Major Indoor Soccer League, in the Dispersal Draft Selection. Piette chose not to pursue career with Major Indoor Soccer League and stick with outdoor soccer
- Played 2nd season with the Vancouver Whitecaps, who made it to the Semifinals of the A-League/USL 1st Div
- Piette helped club set a record of the longest minutes without conceding a goal in Whitecap’s history, going over six full games
2003: - 1st year in the A- League Piette was Captain of the Cincinnati Riverhawks; Scored highlighted Coast-to-Coast Goal and recording an assist week prior all from the back. "Jeremie Piette found Carmichael in space and the ball was promptly put into the back of the net." Big part of reducing teams GA in half from clubs previous season. Piette would lead club in minutes played before asking for a transfer to Vancouver
- Signed mid-season with the Vancouver Whitecaps playing left & right back, every minute of a 15-game undefeated streak, helping them into playoff position and reaching the A- League Quarterfinals
Awarded Rookie of the Year by the Whitecaps Supporters Club, after only playing half of the season After a great 1st season in the A- League, the Dallas Sidekicks (Major Indoor Soccer League) brought Piette into trial, but Piette decided to sign with Portmore United in the Wray & Nephew Premier League (JAM) for the A-League off-season in the winter Signed contract only 2 weeks after the A-League season with the powerful Portmore United F.C.of Jamaica. Defending Champions of the Premier League and Carribean, scoring a goal in his debut game, leading the club to victory. Piette started and played 9 league games, winning all but 1 Piette & Vancouver Whitecaps, who owned his rights were contacted by MLS New England Revs for a end of season contract, but his agent Eric Manasse encouraged him to stay with Portmore United F.C. for the CONCACAF Club Championship, chance of getting transferred to opponent Club America of the Mexican 1st Div. Portmore United tied Club America 1 -1 in the 1st leg but lost the 2nd leg in Mexico, which knocked them out of the tournament. Piette who had severe turf toe he injured in Trinidad, started in 3 games of the CONCACAF Club Championship not conceeding a single goal or losing a game, while in the lineup with Portmore United F.C. (Jamaica). To rest his foot piette returned early to Vancouver to prepare for the '04 season Though Piette is American, he drew interest from the Canadian National Team head coach, Frank Yallop. Piette was asked to join the team in Florida for National Team Training Camp, but had a foot injury. Piette was encouraged to get Canadian citizenship to represent Canada. Piette never applied, this pursuit coninued until 2005 2002: Invited to train with Preston North End (England 1st Div) but injured his hip/groin and had to stay in the US for surgery done by Dr. Myers in Boston Mass. Info-Sport Professional Combine All-Star Selection. Entered into the MLS SuperDraft by the KC Wizards after training with club (1 of only 2 players in America drafted out of NCAA Div II school in class of 2002) Drafted by Dallas Burn in the MLS SuperDraft Started 3 friendly games with Dallas in Santiago, Chile. Also started in game versus W. Connection of T&T, recording an assist Offered contract after training for 6 weeks with FC Nordjyland in Danish 2nd Div. Club earned promotion to 1st Div '03 just before main sponsor withdrew his finaicial support Sent by Neilson/FC Nordjyland on loan for 2 months before transfer window opening with the powerful Geylang United, defending Champs of the S-League in Singapore, before returning to FC Nordjyland Offered a contract on phone by MLS KC Wizards on deadline day. After paperwork was sent, the MLS informed KC's coach Bob Gansler that Piette was protected by Dallas from any MLS club for 1 calender year.
